Program terms

Popular Rewards is free and optional. A Google sign-in links rewards to one Popular Pizza customer profile in Square; it does not combine this business’s rewards with Cafecito Con Fe or La Popular Bakery.

Each eligible pizza earns one slice. A Family Plan earns two slices because it includes two pizzas. Salads, pasta, tax, tips, refunded items, and canceled orders do not earn slices.

A paid guest website order can be added once by signing in with Google from the same browser within 90 days. The claim is verified against the settled Popular Pizza Square order and cannot be transferred to a different rewards profile after it is claimed.

For an eligible in-person purchase, show the unique QR from your account before staff records the slices. The signed QR expires and refreshes every 24 hours; it identifies your account but does not contain your name, email, or reward balance.

When an eligible online order reaches the tenth slice, one standalone eligible pizza is 100% free and the Popular-only Square discount applies automatically to that pizza. A Family Plan earns two slices but is not itself a free-pizza reward item. For an in-person order, staff selects one eligible pizza, applies the same free-pizza reward in Square, and records it as redeemed. The reward excludes tax, tips, extras outside the eligible pizza, and has no cash value. It cannot be combined with another reward on the same order.

Returns and chargebacks can remove earned slices or restore a redeemed reward. Popular Pizza may correct mistakes, prevent abuse, change, or end the program. Any earned reward will receive reasonable notice before a material change whenever practical.
